Metal Slug?
The other night, I was talking with some friends and an interesting question came up: Hey, is Metal Slug a part of the MGS series? I have never thought of it that way and told him I would look into it. Lord behold, just as I suspected, Metal Slug is NOT part of the MGS series. Now, this a let down for fans of both Metal Slug and Metal Gear Solid. MGS fans such as myself, are let down that we don’t get to add to our epic saga, and Slug fans are sad because they aren’t part of the greater good. I feel bad for MS fans, but us MGS fans will live.
